TRAIN & ENJOY BALI

A week to focus on your swimming
Spend seven days working on your technique, pacing and confidence in the water with GO4TRI.
Your coaching team is Kseniia Levkovska and Rostyslav Pevtsov. For groups of three participants or fewer, the camp may be led by one coach.
Our pool sessions run from 10:00 to 11:30, including warm-up and activation. The week combines individual drills, video feedback, swim and lactate testing, a technique workshop and short swim-specific strength sessions. One planned open-water session replaces a pool session, subject to local conditions.
There is also time to recover, explore the island and join two optional afternoon sightseeing tours.
