Participation and Booking 1. To participate in the camp, you must fill out an application form on the website or contact the organizer directly. 2. After the application is confirmed, both parties agree on a suitable payment method and an individual agreement is issued. 3. Participation is confirmed upon receipt of the first payment (deposit) and signing of the agreement.
Payment Terms 1. The total cost depends on the accommodation type: • $999 – shared twin room • $1549 – single room 2. Payment is made in two installments: • First payment (deposit) – 50% of the total cost, by August 17, 2025 • Second payment – remaining 50%, by October 17, 2025 3. Payment methods: bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), Wise, PayPal, cryptocurrency. All transfer fees are covered by the participant.
Important: Roommate MatchingIf you register with a shared twin room option but a roommate cannot be found before the camp starts, the organizer bears no responsibility. In this case, you may: • switch to a single room (with additional payment), or • cancel participation according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy• Cancellation before September 17 – full refund minus transfer fees.• Cancellation from September 17 to October 17 – 50% of the total cost is retained.• Cancellation after October 17 – 100% of the total cost is retained.
Not Included in the Package• Flights and airport taxes• Travel insurance (valid policy is mandatory)• Race entry fee for participation in the competition• Additional expenses (visa fees, meals not included in the program, personal expenses)• Tips, porter services, and other personal costs• Tours and activities not specified in the main itinerary
Participant’s Responsibility 1. Each participant must have a valid insurance policy covering medical care, injuries, trip cancellation, and participation in sports events. 2. The participant is personally responsible for their own health and physical readiness for the training process. 3. Any expenses not mentioned in the program (including optional tours, meals outside the plan, individual transportation requests, etc.) are paid by the participant.
Organizer’s Responsibility 1. The organizer undertakes to provide services as outlined in the program: accommodation, group training sessions, logistical support, transfers, and technical assistance. 2. In case of force majeure (bad weather, flight cancellations, political instability, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to modify the program to ensure participant safety. 3. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, damage to personal property, or losses not caused by the organizer or resulting from the participant’s violation of these terms.
Limitation of LiabilityThe organizer is not liable for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations if it results from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:• cancellation or change in the race event conditions (including Laguna Phuket Triathlon)• weather-related changes to the program• actions of third parties (airlines, hotels, transfer services, race organizers)• loss or damage to personal items during the trip
Participation in the camp and all physical activities is voluntary. The participant understands and accepts the risks associated with physical exertion, weather conditions, and travel.
