Do you have any questions? We have the answers! If you did not find the answer to your question, contact us in any convenient way.

  • We recommend flying to Phuket International Airport (HKT). After confirming your participation, we will send you detailed instructions and assist with logistics.

  • Yes! After the first payment (deposit) is made, we will assist you in choosing and purchasing airline tickets.

  • You will have swimming, running, and cycling sessions, as well as race-specific preparation: transitions, fueling strategies, and targeted adaptive sessions. Our coaching team includes two coaches, and all workouts are adapted to each participant’s level.

  • Yes, a valid insurance policy that covers sports activities and possible injuries is mandatory. A medical certificate is not required but recommended.

  • Yes, if you choose shared accommodation, we will match you with a roommate. If we can’t find one before the camp, you will be offered a single room with a surcharge or a refund according to the cancellation policy.

  • Yes, we can assist with bike or gear rental upon request and with advance notice.

  • Yes, all participants can receive individual recommendations and continue working with the coach online.

  • Yes, this can be arranged but must be discussed with the organizer in advance. The total cost may be recalculated accordingly.

  • Individual formats are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to discuss options.

  • Yes, the hotel offers laundry services (for an additional fee), and there are also many self-service laundry spots nearby.

  • This depends on your nationality. We recommend checking visa requirements in advance and arranging a visa if needed. We will assist with confirmation documents.

  • Yes. Please let us know in advance — special conditions will apply for accompanying persons.
